  1. General information

Dennis Guzman Leon provides psychological services in the form of face-to-face and online sessions.

By using these services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Scope of services

Services include, amongst others:

  • psychological consultations
  • psychological support
  • crisis intervention
  • psychoeducation

The services are of a supportive nature and do not replace emergency assistance.

In the event of a threat to life or health, please call 112.

3. Who are these services for

These services are intended solely for adults.

By booking an appointment, the customer confirms that they are over 18 years of age.

4. Booking appointments

Appointments can be made:

  • via the website
  • by email or phone
  • via the ZnanyLekarz platform

The booking is valid once it has been confirmed.

5. Payments

Payment must be made in advance (bank transfer or BLIK).
Current prices and session durations are available in the booking system.

6. Cancellations, tardiness, and absences

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the full fee may be charged.
If the client is late, the appointment time will not be extended.
On the psychologist’s part:

If the psychologist cancels the appointment, the client will be offered a new date or a full refund.
If the psychologist is late, the session will be extended accordingly or—if that is not possible—the client will receive a proportional refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.

7. Meeting Guidelines

In-person and online meetings:

  • Punctuality is required
  • The client should ensure that conditions are in place to allow for a calm and confidential conversation
  • If the rules are violated, the meeting may be suspended.

8. Online meetings – requirements

The customer is responsible for:

  • a stable Internet connection
  • working equipment (camera + microphone)
  • a private place to talk
  • Technical issues on the customer’s end do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session is confidential.

Exceptions:

  • situations posing a threat to life or health
  • a legal obligation
  • recording a session requires the consent of both parties.

10. The therapeutic relationship

This relationship is strictly professional.
It does not include any private or social contact outside of sessions.

11. Termination of the partnership

The client may terminate the service at any time.
It is recommended to notify us of this during a session or via email.

12. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by email.
Processing time: up to 14 days.

13. Personal Information

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

  • provision of services
  • contact
  • settlements

14. Charms and perfumes

An advance payment is required for orders of amulets and perfumes.
Work on the order will commence once the advance payment has been credited to our account.
If the Customer cancels the order after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.

15. Final provisions

Polish law applies.
These terms and conditions are subject to change.
The current version is available before booking an appointment.
