Initial consultation (online)
50 min
250 PLN
A psychological consultation is the first, non-binding meeting with a psychologist, during which the client discusses their difficulties, emotions, and life situation. In a safe and supportive atmosphere, the specialist helps to understand the problem and, together with the client, determines possible forms of further support.

During the consultation, the specialist conducts an assessment of the client’s current life situation, symptoms, emotions, and any previous therapeutic experiences. The meeting takes the form of a conversation in a safe and confidential environment.

Based on the information gathered, the psychologist may suggest next steps, such as psychotherapy, short-term support, psychiatric consultation, or other forms of help. The consultation does not require the client to begin therapy – its main purpose is to understand the problem and identify the client’s needs.

Acculturation
50 min
250 PLN
A psychological session focused on acculturation centers on the experiences of a person functioning in a new cultural environment.
The aim of the session is to understand the challenges related to adapting to a new culture, language, social norms, and lifestyle.
During the session, the client may share their migration experiences, sense of belonging, longing for their country of origin, or difficulties in social relationships.
The psychologist helps to identify and understand the emotions that arise during the acculturation process, such as stress, confusion, feelings of alienation, or conflict between two cultures.
During the session, the psychologist supports the client in finding ways to cope with adaptation challenges, strengthens their psychological resources, and helps build a balance between maintaining their cultural identity and functioning in a new society.

As a Cuban psychologist specializing in cross-cultural psychology, I have lived and functioned in different cultures since childhood, repeatedly going through the process of intercultural adaptation. This experience allows me to better understand the challenges of living between languages, countries, and value systems.

In my work, I support individuals in cultural adaptation processes, personal development, and building identity in a multicultural environment. I conduct sessions in three languages: Spanish, Polish, and English.
