I specialise in Cross Cultural Psychology.

I have changed my permanent place of residence and culture five times. I grew up in Sweden, Italy and Cuba. I lived in Spain and have been living in Poland for over 20 years. The knowledge and experience I have gained in my life I owe to understanding and overcoming socio-cultural barriers and the challenges that come with them. Today, I support and work with people for whom their (new) environment and conditions are incomprehensible and who cannot find their place. I help them understand the mechanisms and causes of internal and external conflicts, supporting the integration process that I myself have gone through many times. Currently, I conduct individual sessions, therapies and workshops focusing on self-awareness through work with the body, mind and movement. I inspire others to be themselves, to be true to themselves and to develop their authentic personality and talents.
